Specials guests and parents were treated to a showcase of the school’s activities through a powerpoint display and performances by its 12 Bunda Dancers and drumming group.
Wollongong University vice chancellor Paul Chandler was special guest speaker at the assembly.
Another highlight was a presentation by principal Peter Collins to teachers Janet Simmonds and Judy Nicolson, who are retiring.
Following the assembly parents were able to tour the school, visit their children’s classrooms and inspect their work.
