All funds raised from the event on Saturday, August 13 will go towards running the 169th Kiama Show, in 2017.
The event will feature the talents of guest quizmaster Jade Papesch from Wave FM, and a host of prizes and fun.
Event organiser, Kiama Show Society committee member David Young, said the society was eager to repeat the success of the 2015 Trivia Night.
“Whether you are serious about your trivia or just interested in a fun night with friends, the Show Trivia Night is a great night out,’’ Mr Young said.
“I encourage everyone to grab their trivia buff friends, study up on their special subject and book a table.’’
The Trivia Night is just one of a number fundraising initiatives the Society is hosting to make the 2017 Kiama Show better than ever.
Kiama Show president Michael Brennan said staging a modern agricultural show was financially challenging.
“Running shows is an expensive prospect these days, when you take into account factors like insurance and the like,’’ Mr Brennan said.
“Fundraising events and our wonderful sponsors are critical in us being able to put the event on.’’
Next year’s Kiama Show will be on January 27 and 28 and feature favourite activities, as well as new generation attractions.
