Love was in the air when Natalie Bolton and her team decided to stage a bake-off and wear pink in support of cancer research.
Ms Bolton said the centre was always receiving recipes and treats from mums and grandmothers.
So they decided to invite them to share their skills and passion with their children by selecting a recipe and baking it with them at home.
The treats where the brought to the Early Learning Centre with a photo taken of the baking event and a copy of the recipe. They were then all put on display for everyone to sample.
As parents and relatives arrived they were invited to put toppings on their chosen treats with their children.
A special cookbook using the photos, recipes and reflections on the experience is being distributed this week.
