Kiama and District Historical Society will host Ben Carlos' talk, Bailed Up! Bushrangers on Saturday, May 14 at 2.30pm in the Family History Centre.
Yass resident Ben Carlos has spoken at the society on previous occasions and brings his rural background and humour to the substance of his talks, which also have included many to the U3A at Yass.
He always manages to introduce little understood and often obscure facts within his talks.
In this instance, he has a particular interest in a number of NSW bushrangers which he will share with the audience.
This presentation will be preceded by a brief Annual General Meeting.
The group is always on the lookout for people who may wish to serve on the society’s committee.
The venue is located on Railway Parade
