Margaret Joan Hedger, 51, of Iverson Road, appeared before Magistrate Graeme Curran in Nowra Local Court on Tuesday facing a charge of negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
The charge stems from an accident at Wandandian on April 7 last year, where Ms Hedger was driving a red Mazda CX5 that impacted with with another vehicle, seriously injuring another woman.
A number of other charges, including dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, four counts of causing bodily harm by wilful neglect in charge of a motor vehicle, and negligent driving (no death or grievous bodily harm) were withdrawn and dismissed during Tuesday’s appearance.
The matter will be back in Milton Court on June 9.
