The Roos were never troubled by the visiting Milton-Ulladulla Bulldogs, cruising to 40-16 victory, led by three tries by winger Andrew Clarke.
Following an ANZAC tribute before kick-off, the one way traffic in the first half started early on by the Roos.
A grubber kick by half Jono Dallas led to a early repeat set for the hosts, which led to Joe Rokoqo scoring the game’s first try.
The back-rower got outside his man and placed the ball down 10 metres to the right of the posts.
Matt Coelho added the extras and the hosts led 6-nil.
Five minutes later, a bomb by Dallas landed in the hands of Clarke, who did a quick one-two with Dallas, to score his first try of the day.
Coelho converted and it was 12-nil after 10 minutes.
Minutes later, Clarke had his second, after a backline play off a scrum, ends up with him strolling over.
Coelho missed the kick and the score remained 16-nil.
The Roos continued their sensational completion rate in the first half, which led to Rokoqo claiming his second, before Coelho landed his third conversion.
The tries kept coming when hooker James Asquith put through a grubber kick, which bounced in to the hands of James Gilmore. Coelho made it 28-nil following the kick.
The Dogs finally got on the board, four minutes before the break.
Centre Blake Mackey stood up his opposite number, passed to his winger James Little, who gets outside Jarrod Schodde, to score in the corner.
Lachlan Moore missed the conversion and the score going in to half-time was 28-4.
The Dogs closed the gap soon after the resumption when hooker Nick Goodman dived over from dummy-half.
Moore added the extras and the score was 28-10.
But the Roos hit back soon after thorough Coelho, who backed up inside Clarke, to score under the sticks. He converted his own try and the lead was 24 points.
Clarke completed his hat-trick minutes later, following a slick offload from Ben Wade.
Coelho missed the kick and score remained 38-10.
With six minutes on the clock, the Dogs had their third try when Santino Battagliolo crossed, before Moore converted.
In the final minute, the Bulldogs had a player sent of for dissent and Coelho made the score 40-16 as the final siren sounded.
The hosts at Kevin Walsh Oval were led by Clarke, Rokoqo, Gilmore and inspirational skipper Dallas in their first win for 2016.
The Dogs, who slumped to their third straight loss to start the season, were led by Goodman, Moore, Jason Wells and Blake Mackey.
