NSW Police has consulted missing person registries from across Australia and overseas, without result. It is hoped the autopsy result, due next week, will assist police. Meanwhile, police are appealing for assistance from the pubic.
The man is described as being of Asian appearance, 20-35 years of age, 168-173cm tall, with a slim build. He was discovered floating lifeless about 500 metres from Kiama Lighthouse, about 12.30pm on February 2. He wore dark blue denim jeans, a black/maroon t-shirt with white triangles and black New Balance shoes.
