The NSW Rural Doctors Network presented awards to six of these doctors at the organisation’s 2015 Rural Medical Service Awards during the annual Rural GPs Conference dinner on the weekend.
The awards recognise GPs who have spent the past 35-plus years providing health services to the people of rural, regional and remote NSW.
Dr Brian Cox won a 2015 NSW Rural Medical Service Award for his outstanding medical service to the Kiama community.
Dr Cox has clocked up more than 35 years’ service to the Kiama community, and practices full-time at Kiama Medical Practice.
