ALBION Park coach Steve Micevski wants to keep a lid on things around Terry Reserve following Saturday's convincing 4-0 win over Tarrawanna.
With two rounds remaining, the White Eagles are assured of making their return to finals football after two years away from the post-season.
They could still finish second in the league, but are now safe from the chasing pack after picking up three points in a strong display against the Blueys.
"It was very pleasing but we are not going to get carried away," Micevski said.
"Last time we got a good result was against Dapto-Dandaloo and I think the boys got a bit ahead of themselves.
"After that was a bit downhill for us.
"We have steadied the ship now and are looking quite strong from a squad point of view."
Park led 1-0 against Tarrawanna after a first half goal from Daniel Ferraro.
They finished the game off in the second half with a further three strikes from different goal-scorers.
Half-time substitute Harrison Russell added the second shortly after the break before Brian Montanari put the match out of the Blueys' reach with 15 minutes remaining.
Jack Balmforth added the fourth with a header shortly after.
"It was a great team effort," Micevski said.
"Everybody put in a shift, which is what we have been looking for, for a little while.
"Everyone was on the same page and working in the same direction.
"They thoroughly deserved the win.
"It wasn't pretty football wise but we had to knuckle down and defend and work for one another.
"The boys did that collectively and took the opportunities when they came.
"It was a good squad performance."
White Eagles claimed the points minus a number of their regular starters.
"It really proved that everyone in the squad has a part to play," Micevski said.
"If you look at our starting line-up, we were missing two centre halves and had a bit of a reshuffle.
"Chris Smith was on the bench, so a few of our players who have been playing bigger time this season weren't there and we still got a good result."
