University played twice against the Fairy Meadow Falcons with resounding victories with one game brought forward in the competition.
In Sunday's game, it was a welcome return for Kookaburra Tristan White who applied the pressure together with the Ogilvie brothers to beat the Falcons 4-2.
White was a member of the Australian team that recently won the Hockey World League semi-final in Belgium and qualified for the Rio Olympics next year.
He scored two goals against the Falcons with the others coming from another new Kookaburra, Flynn Ogilvie, who just missed selection for the world league, and Heath Ogilvie.
White, with 63 caps, said that he was stoked with the win in Antwerp and playing before a large crowd in the final helped him get used to the pressure of big games.
"In Sunday's game, we weren't at our best but we got the points and happy with our progress at this stage of the season," White said on Sunday.
White will now concentrate on the local leagues and later the national league and the Oceania Cup against New Zealand.
In the second game against the Falcons last Thursday, the Students beat them 5-1 with doubles from Corey Harding and Heath Ogilvie.
At Croom Road, it was the Govers brothers again wreaking havoc against Wests Illawarra who were defeated 4-1.
Young Blake, who has 13 caps and emerged the top goal scorer in Antwerp, scored twice from his deadly penalty corners with another coming from elder brother Kieran and the fourth from Brady Anderson.
Elliott Ashby pulled one back for the Devils.
Robertson easily beat Dapto 8-0 with a hat-trick from Nathan Wright.
