Kiama, buoyed by victories over Coniston and Kemblawarra, stifled a dangerous Berkeley attack in the first half.
Defenders Daniel Gillespie, Chris Hill, Daniel Sigmund and James Spence helped ensure Kiama's clean sheet at the break.
Kiama posed more of a threat in the second half and were rewarded when a deflected Keegan Beringer free kick secured them a 1-0 lead. Hill was fouled just outside the penalty area, and Beringer produced a fearsome strike for his second top-grade goal this season.
They then gifted Berkeley an equaliser, when striker Tony Paglialunga was allowed to head in a corner unmarked at the far post. Berkeley extended their lead when former Kiama midfielder Shame Manning hit a speculative long-range effort.
The visitors made it 3-1 late in the match when Greg Moon finished inside the penalty area.
Earlier in the day, the youth grade side made it three in a row as goals to Ben Reid, Liam Crook, Josh Keatley and Nathan Wilson secured a 4-2 win.
The reserve grade won 2-1, thanks to goals from Michael Wilson and Isaac Coonerty.
Kiama play Balgownie away on Saturday and Wests at home on Sunday.
