KIAMA Kingfishers recently held their end of season presentation day at the Kiama Surf Life Saving Club.

It was a chance to recognise the achievements of members throughout the season, whether it was attending all Nippers days, representing the club at carnivals, learning new skills or winning the overall pointscore.
The major awards and Kingfisher champion for 2014-15, went to Blake Rogers (male) and Marlo Lewis (female).
The Most Improved Kingfisher was Liam Douglas and the encouragement award was given to Lachlan Petterson.
It was a tight race in many age groups for pointscore champions and carnival competitors due to the large numbers of Kingfishers who represented the club at carnivals throughout the season.
The under-6s and under-7s all received a medal for their efforts on the sand and in the water.
The annual Kiama SLSC Presentation Day will be held on Sunday, May 17, at the surf club from 12pm. Cost is $25 for a buffet lunch.

A rock 'n' roll trivia night will be held on Saturday, May 30 from 6.30pm. Cost is only $10 per person with BYO nibbles.
