In the leadup to Anzac Day each year, her Shellharbour takeaway shop is decorated with Anzac memorabilia.
Mrs Crouch said she her staff loved being involved in the commemoration.
"We celebrate lots of special occasions each year like Easter, Australia Day, Mother's Day and Christmas," Mrs Crouch said.
"We also mark events like the 100th anniversary of the Group 7 league and the soccer World Cup but, rightly, Anzac Day just seems to be extra special.
"Our family has some Anzac links, and it always seems to be special in the community - I have noticed over the last week or so that a lot of young people who come in to buy food or even just sit outside, are spending time looking at our displays and reading the articles."
Mrs Crouch said many customers simply walked into the shop and gave her items for the display, many of which have significance to their family.
She said it was amazing just what some people have.
"Some older people even bring in old photos and I frame them and put them up.
"It seems that with this year being the centenary that there is a particular emphasis on our wonderful Anzacs - I think we should honour them in every way we can - and this is our contribution."
"Sometimes my staff just look at me and shake their heads as I look for a spot for another piece of memorabilia."
But Mrs Crouch has a passion that she is happy to admit.
"I have become an avid collector of Anzac biscuit tins - I am obsessed - I even have relatives who go to markets all over the place looking for ones I don't have - I am getting quite a collection."
For anyone who wants to check out Mrs Crouch's collection, Harbour View Takeaway is located at the bottom end of Addison Street in Shellharbour.
