The pair, who both play inner, have come through an exhaustive selection process to gain their spots in the green and gold. They were part of the champion NSW team that won the national titles after downing Queensland 3-1 in the final.
Riley Smith from Albion Park High was also a member of the NSW team.
Patterson, who was tipped by current Australian player Casey Eastham as someone who would one day make a big name for herself in the sport, said they were excited about the prospect of playing overseas.
"We will play two Test series, one in Auckland, New Zealand, and one in Buenos Aries, Argentina, and it will be a great experience," she said.
Their selection has capped a big few weeks for the school, with their Open Girls Touch team finishing third in the NSW CHS knockout in Gosford from more than 200 teams who took part in the competition.
Year 11 student Brigitte Fenske capped a fantastic swimming season by bringing home three medals from the School Sport Australia Swimming Championships, held in Sydney early this month.
She claimed two individual silver medals in the 50 metre butterfly (29.02secs) and 100 metre butterfly (1.03.47) and a gold medal as part of the NSW Girls' Medley relay team.
