Minnamurra aerial photographer Colin Douch spotted the sharks again on this morning (Tuesday) among a school of salmon just off the beach.
Mr Douch, who first saw the sharks on Monday, flew over the beach early this morning and despite the school of fish being smaller, the three sharks remained just outside the surf break.
"I was surprised that they were still around and still so close to shore, but there is no doubt what they are - in fact one looks to be around 15 foot long," Mr Douch said.
Kiama Council life guard Andy Mole, said Surf Beach would remain closed.
"Now that we have had another confirmed sighting, we won't be taking any risks," he said.
"We did a complete search of the area off the beach this morning and found the school of fish but not the sharks, but it is obvious from the aerial shots that sharks are in the area."
