Ladies first, with wins on Tuesday for our grade 2 players against Wisemans Park and in grade 4 against Thirroul.
In competition on Thursday, grade 2 won against Warilla and grade 4 had another good win against Woonona. Unfortunately our grade 3 team recorded a loss against a strong Oak Flats team but still managed to salvage half a point.
In ladies' social play, Tuesday winners were S. Read and G. Grimshaw and Thursday the pair of L. Farrands and A. Lym prevailed.
Men's pennants played on Saturday and almost recorded a full sheet with wins for all grades except our 3s, who went down to Dapto Citizens.
In other grades, 2A won at home to Dapto, 5A won away to Towradgi, 6B won away to Dapto Citizens and 7B recorded a really good win against Warilla away.
The men's social game saw the regulars in action on both Wednesday and Thursday playing triples and winners were M. Mesa, J. Johnson and C. Twigg (Wednesday) and B. Weissel, A. Van Zanen and B. Read on Thursday.
The pennants season has had a really good start for the club.
