The conference will explore success in the context of community services. At previous conferences in 2013, the "3rd Sector - 1st Choice" and 2014 "Stand Up - Stand Out", they explored the status of the industry and the challenge of establishing themselves as an equal partner in the economic and social future of the region.
Keynote speakers include the first female Premier of NSW, Kristina Keneally, and community leader Kathryn Greiner AO.
Master classes include the opportunity to enhance skills and abilities to bring success to organisations.
The Illawarra Forum is encouraging attendance by board members, managers, staff working in community services, the public and private sector, students hoping to join the industry, and anyone wanting to learn more about community services in the Illawarra.
The conference will be held at The Pavilion, 2 Bong Bong Street, Kiama, on Tuesday, March 10, and Wednesday, March 11.
