Beirut: Egypt conducted a second wave of air strikes against the Islamic State in Libya in retaliation for the massacre of 21 Egyptian Christians who were lined up on Libya's Mediterranean coast and beheaded, marking a horrifying expansion of the jihadist group's activities outside Iraq and Syria.
