They will travel to Canberra to be 'net bowlers' for the West Indian cricket team ahead of their World Cup clash with Zimbabwe.
Pace bowlers - Gerringong's Lachlan Hall, Lake Illawarra's Matt Panecasio, and The Rail's Tim Goodall, Lake Illawarra all-rounder Greg Connor and veterans Darren O'Connell (The Rail) and the recently retired Scott Cox (Warilla Kookas) will travel to Kippax Oval in Holt to help provide bowling support for the Windies team.
Association secretary David Yates nominated the sextet for the experience and said he was delighted players from the association were getting a chance to bowl against world-class batting talent.
"This is a wonderful opportunity and the association was happy to nominate them for the chance," Mr Yates said.
"Tim, Lachlan and Matt are three of our bright young brigade of up-and-coming bowling talent, while Greg, Darren and Scott have been consistently good performers in our competition and will love the opportunity to bowl to players like Windies master-blaster Chris Gayle."
■ The three-hour session will take place from 2pm to 5pm.
They will provide net bowling and in return receive a World Cup pack including tickets to the West Indies-Zimbabwe game and will meet players.
