Volunteers and the community are the driving force behind the Denny Foundation's annual party, which gives underprivileged families and individuals a friendly and happy place to be on Christmas Day.
Partygoers enjoy a traditional Christmas lunch, a visit from Santa and mingle with other guests and foundation members.
This will be the third consecutive year Robyn Baxter has put her hand up to volunteer on the day and said it was all part of the "Denny family".
"Working with the community is something I have always done and it's nice to give back," she said.
"Some of the clients that come in, we have spent a lot of time with throughout the year and we have built up a strong rapport with them.
"Christmas is all about children and it's nice to see all the little kids happy."
Denny Foundation executive director Margaret Purcell said it was an extended family Christmas party and without the help of the community the day would not be possible.
"A big thank you goes out to the community for their continual support," she said.
"We have been able to make a day where no-one goes home empty-handed, we have gifts from Santa for the kids as well as hampers and any leftovers for the family."
The event will be held at Warilla/Barack Heights surf lifesaving club from 10am, with lunch served at 11-11.30am.
