The band will undertake The Weigh Downunder tour, which will reach regional and suburban centres throughout Australia.
Joining them on the tour will be heavy-hitters In Hearts Wake, Confession and Antagonist AD.
It will be their first regional headline tour since 2011.
The group recently lost one of their founding members, with guitarist Troy Brady revealing on Facebook that he is no longer a part of the band.
The Amity Affliction released their fourth studio album, Let The Ocean Take Me (via Roadrunner Records) in June, announcing a worldwide headline tour in support of the album.
They sold all 25,000 tickets to their five-date Australian tour, and sold out shows in Los Angeles, San Diego, New York, Toronto and more as part of their North American tour.
In November, the tour took them throughout the UK and Europe.
The 57-date run will finish just before Christmas, leaving the band a short break before they head out again.
Let The Ocean Take Me was The Amity Affliction's second consecutive No. 1 album in Australia, and their third consecutive album to be certified gold after the success of Youngbloods (2010) and Chasing Ghosts (2012).
The Weigh Downunder tour will be in support of their new single and video for The Weigh Down.
Along for the ride during the Australian tour will be In Hearts Wake, who have been on a roll since the release of their second album Earthwalker in May, which debuted at No. 5 on the ARIA Charts and has launched the Byron Bay youngsters worldwide.
Confession will join the package in support of recent album Life and Death.
Rounding out the bill will be Auckland-via-Melbourne band Antagonist AD.
