The Rotary Club of Gerringong Sunrise will present the free annual Christmas event.
The Natural Necessity Surf Shop will start the proceedings and keep spectators entertained with a show of summer casual wear, before the Town Crier appears as the parade approaches.
"It is always such a thrill to see the wonderful Rural Fire Service leading the marching pipe bands, all the colourful floats, vintage cars and hot rods," Gerringong Sunrise Rotary Club's Patricia Crowhurst said.
"Not forgetting the walking groups, junior sporting teams and much more, including Member for Kiama Gareth Ward and Kiama Mayor Brian Petschler on a trike, before the climax of the parade for the young at heart being the arrival of Santa on board his sleigh."
There will also be food stalls, market stalls and craft outlets.
Santa will help bring the main street and the Old School Park to life, and will be available to be photographed.
This is a fund-raising event for Rotary Club; the markets commence at 8.30am and the fashion show at 10.30am and street parade commences at 11am. Mrs Crowhurst thanked Kiama Council and all the shops and businesses who helped.
Aside from organising this fun day for the community, the Rotary club works throughout the year; raising funds for many projects such as the campaign to eradicate polio worldwide.
