Organised by the Kiama Lions Club, the lunch was in support of Flinders resident Adam Regal and motor neurone disease (MND) research.
Mr Regal, 31, was diagnosed with MND, a terminal neurological disease that causes death between one to five years after diagnoses, in late 2013.
Mr Regal's father and uncle died of MND when they were aged in their 50s.
Since his diagnosis, friends and family of Mr Regal have formed the Regal Regiment and through a number of fundraising initiatives have raised thousands of dollars for research into the disease.
