In doing so, they have confirmed they will enter a side in each of the five Group 7 senior grades next season.
The Sharks were only one of two clubs, along with the Jamberoo Superoos, to field a full contingent of five senior sides in 2014.
After guiding the Sharks to within one game of the grand final in their return year to Group 7, David Walsh is set to continue as boss of the first grade side with the assistance of James Jiminez.
Former Sharks' first grade captain Gary Breakspear will return to the club and step in to the reserve grade role as a player-coach.
This year's minor-premiership winning coach, Jason Lennard, will return as third grade mentor.
After taking out the Group 7 under-18s title, the successful Myke Fields will step-down from his long-held position as coach.
Former Illawarra representative Daniel Kent is taking on the role.
Kent coached the Dapto Canaries' Colts side to a Preliminary Final in this year's Illawarra Coal League and recently became a resident of Shellharbour. Fields will stay on as an assistant.
Ryan McCracken will continue as coach of the Sharks Women's League Tag side.
