Investigations into a series of armed robberies between May and September has led the Lake Illawarra Local Area Command Strike Force Marroo to arrest and charge the woman in Warrawong yesterday.
The six robberies occurred at a fast food restaurant in Unanderra, a golf club in Port Kembla, a supermarket in Gerringong and Bomaderry, a bowling club in Dapto and a bottle shop in Lake Heights.
Detectives arrested the woman on Todd Street in Warrawong and she was then interviewed.
Police have charged her with four counts of armed robbery, two counts of break-and-enter and an outstanding warrant, she has been refused bail and will appear at Port Kembla Local Court today, Friday 24 October.
