Fresh out of Goulburn Police Academy, Class 322's Steven Uglow, Ariann Fernie and Tim Allman will begin their 12-month probation period with the command.
Constable Allman said he was "very excited" to start working after completing eight months of training and education.
"We will cover general duty for 12 months and continue with three sessions of university," he said. "We will buddy up with a field trainer for 12 weeks and then we will start on a normal roster."
Member for Kiama Gareth Ward said he was "absolutely delighted" to have three more probationary constables on board to strengthen the command.
"Obviously I always fight for extra police resources, so we can do our best to keep our community safe," he said.
"The three new probationers are the future of police, and it was a delight and privilege.
"I was pleased to meet with them and hear their stories and see how they had come to the NSW force."
