Mrs Grimm-Hewitt, 47, will run an exhibition at the Old Fire Station, Kiama, from today.
The exhibition is titled Wheels and Waves, featuring cycling scenes, seascapes and landscapes.
The Mount Keira resident's second solo exhibition is derived from her passion for mountainbiking and the sea.
"It's impressionist - I paint what I see basically," she said of her contemporary-style art.
"Having grown up on the coast my whole life, we all love the beach and the coast; the beach is very inspirational.
"I love landscapes and the sea. We're lucky that we have both here on the South Coast.
"A lot of the landscapes could appeal to bushwalkers, or people who just love nature and the outdoors."
Mrs Grimm-Hewitt juggles artistic endeavours with running her own graphic design business.
She previously worked as a graphic designer at a cycling magazine.
"One is computer-based and the other is hands-on.
"Graphic design is a little more sterile; this is more hands-on, so they complement each other nicely. I want my art to be affordable. I love that it's self-supporting. If I sell a painting, I just go and buy more paints and keep going."
The venue is on the corner of Terralong and Shoalhaven streets.
The exhibition runs from September 24-29, and will be open from 10am-5pm daily.
