Bowral Memorial Hall was packed to the rafters with people dressed in bright colours, clown outfits and multi-coloured wigs on Thursday, August 14.
Dr Peter Spitzer was Australia's first Clown Doctor, and the co-founder of the Humour Foundation.
As a result Dr Peter Spitzer's great sense of humour, strong work ethic and zest for life 150, 000 children are now reached by Clown Doctors each year in Australia.
