Former holiday park employee Jessica Margaret Hassett used her access to a reservation management system to refund money to her personal account 60 times between July 2011 and March 2014.
The 22-year-old skimmed a total $34,724.50 from company coffers, at one point taking $5465 over a three-week period.
The refund amounts ranged from a mere $48.50 to more than $1300 in a single hit.
Hassett made six transactions in March 2014 that were captured on surveillance cameras, which led to her arrest on April 17.
She had been working at the holiday park for six years, most recently as a senior receptionist, when she was charged with 60 counts of stealing property as a clerk.
On Monday Hassett appeared in Kiama Local Court and pleaded guilty to 10 of the charges.
The remaining charges were placed on a form to be considered by Magistrate Mark Richardson upon sentencing, with the exception of one, which was withdrawn.
The court heard Hassett had issues with alcohol and required a pre-sentence report from probation and parole.
She is due to reappear in court on November 3 for sentencing.
