Pair finish contest on high

ILLAWARRA Tennis Academy's Orange Ball concluded the last week of term, Nataya Stone and Sasha Jauncey winning the tightly contested competition.

Congratulations to Bianca Culshaw, who was selected to attend the Tennis Australia Talent Camp for eight-year-olds.

The camp was held at Macquarie University. Bookings are now open for all coaching programs for Term 3 at the Illawarra Tennis Academy, at Fairy Meadow and Dapto.

Grand final teams have been named for the Complete Tennis Monday Night Mixed competition. In Division 1, the minor premiers Dave Rouse, Zac Rouse, Lisa Corban, Anne Rouse and Helen Shea will play Ben Fraser, Michael Hindle, Michael Sacco, Suzanne Wakeford, Naomi Wakeford and Nicole Sacco. In Division 2, the team of Chris Thorn, Steve Lake, Louise Scott-Deane, Rachel Mammatt and Louise Mammatt will play Peter Weber, Bing Dorahy, Jacqui Price, Erin Dorahy and Nicole Dorahy. Matches will be played on July 14. Good luck to all players.

Semi-finalists for Saturday's Tennis Coaches Illawarra Junior competition are locked in.

In Division 1, Lachlan Kerr, Sasha Jergic and Pat Davis will play Mia Repac, Sotiros Haris and Rutkay Alici. In the second semi, Luke Ryan, Pip Davis and James Agnew will play Emily Ryan, Teja Cherikuri and Nila Rowles.

In Division 2, Sam Chin, Jarrad Hannan and Ben Cacciola will play Jean-Luca Strano, Javier Soto and James Dorevski. The second semi will see Harris Caguly, Monique Vorster and Ethan Samper play Isaac Kerr, Jess McDonnell and Tia Luchitti. Division 3 will see Aiden Robaard and Damien Premovic play Issiah Dutton and Jayden Kroes, while Nicolas Caguly and Josh Mazzara will play Jake Gardiner and Aiden Serefli.
