Critics, including FasterLouder, have lauded the album. Awarding it an 8/10, they noted "some people might whine that the latest Graveyard Train full length is a mere seven songs and 22 minutes in length; what everyone should be happy about is just how good these new tracks are".
The Brag opined "the band has forged a new type of horror into its music; that of loneliness and sinister tendencies".
The general consensus seems to be that Takes One To Know One is "better than anything they've done before".
Graveyard Train will perform at Yours and Owls in Wollongong on June 28. Melbourne's Cherrywood will also perform on the night.
There will be two sets, with only 80 tickets for the gig, which starts at 8pm. Tickets cost $22 plus booking fee, or $28 at the door.
