Family scoops prizes

DEAN Conkey blasted the ball off the tee and sank a few long range missiles at Gerringong Golf Course on Anzac Day to win with 39 points.

Trent Conkey kept the prize pool in the family, coming in second with 37 points, closely followed by John Cronin on 36 points to place third.

Balls went to players who had 33 points or better. Nearest to pins; 2nd T. Quinn, 8th M. Schibeci, 14th M. Schibeci.

The Burgin family sponsored Saturday's stableford with Jamie Reay from B grade romping it in with 46 points, while Shaun Clay put in a good performance to take the A grade with 41 points.

The runners-up in A and B grades respectively were Travis McMahon (38) and Manning Berry (37 pts).
