Kiama and Warilla-Lake South also recorded victories throughout the weekend.
After trailing 10-0 inside the first five minutes at Bill Andriske Mollymook Oval, the Superoos bounced back to lead at half-time.
The Superoos finally got things rolling in the 31st minute when five-eighth Mark Asquith sliced through from close range. Four minutes later Noble split the defence on the left and found skipper Matt Coelho backing up to race over under the posts and gain an unlikely 12-10 lead.
Upon the resumption, half Jono Dallas, playing his 100th first grade game for the Superoos, launched a bomb into the corner. Barnard flew high, managing to grab the ball and place it just inside the in-goal line while still in mid-air.
Just two minutes later, he came off his wing and bamboozled four Milton defenders to score.
The sin-binning of Superoos prop Adam Vanzanten for a professional foul was quickly followed by a Gary Warburton try, but two four-pointers in the space of three minutes through Matt Coelho and hooker Josh Saunders gave Jamberoo a commanding 32-16 advantage.
Tries in the 74th and 77th minutes to fullback Thomas Cook made the final score-line more respectable for the Bulldogs.
Kiama continued their strong start to 2014 via a 28-14 win over Berry at Kiama Showground on Sunday.
In an error-riddled affair, the Knights ran away with the match in the second half. When Corey Grigg plucked a deft kick from Keiran Poole out of the air it sent the two sides into the sheds with Kiama ahead 14-10.
Kiama started the second half with the same momentum and were rewarded when Jack Alexander burrowed over out wide for 18-10.
Berry cut the gap back to four when Rory McCall dived on a spilt bomb.
However, Kiama stepped up their intensity and put any thoughts of a comeback to bed.Veteran Marc Laird put the icing on the cake when he danced his way over out wide to make it 28-14.
Warilla-Lake South had a clinical second-half performance resulting in a 50-22 devouring of Albion Park-Oak Flats.
Gorillas centre Blake Colgan bagged a hat-trick against their traditional rivals at Centenary Field.
