Golfers putt for charity

THE weather may have put a dampener on some of our scheduled events, but the good news is that the Gerringong Golf Club Men's Monthly Medal has been rescheduled for this Saturday.

The skies cleared on Sunday, giving Craig Kennedy the opportunity to strut his stuff, winning with a credible 41 Stableford points.

Tony Quinn secured the runner-up spot with 39 points. Balls went to M. Cawsey (38 points), N. Gardner (38), E. Cupitt (37) and M. Berry (37).

Nearest to Pins: 2nd D. Hughes, 8th M. Berry, 14th C. Kennedy.

As a reminder, the Lions Club Charity Day is on Sunday in support of the Leukaemia Foundation.
