Organiser Jamie Warren said it was a weekend of fun, sport and entertainment.
"It is a fantastic opportunity to catch up with old football acquaintances, experience the ambience and atmosphere of the historic Jamberoo area and lend your hand to supporting the Johnny Warren Football Foundation in the process," Warren said.
The 2014 event will also feature two women's divisions (opens and over-35s) for the first time, plus open men's and over-30s.
The men's tournaments will begin on Friday, February 7 at 8.30pm and conclude at midnight.
It will resume on Saturday morning and finish at approximately 4pm, to be followed by a presentation in the beer garden at Jamberoo Pub.
"Each player wishing to participate must be 35 years or over at the date of the event to be eligible to play, however teams will be allowed to have two players who are aged 30 or over," Warren said.
"Teams will be required to nominate the ages of each team member on the registration form to satisfy this requirement."
The women's divisions will start on Saturday at noon and conclude on Sunday afternoon.
If the number of nominations permit, each division will be seeded into groups.
