The fair will be held from January 17-19 at Kiama Leisure Centre.
Co-ordinator John Worstencroft said funds raised would go to support local and international Rotary charities and for victims of the Philippines typhoon.
"Local, Sydney, country and interstate dealers will offer a wide selection of furniture, jewellery, silver, china, porcelain, textiles, books, toys, Asian antiques and many other interesting collectibles at the fair," he said.
The fair will open with a gala reception and preview on Friday, January 17 from 6.30pm.
Admission is $20 a person at the door - the fee includes light refreshments and wine.
"The preview provides patrons with the first opportunity to view and purchase items from the wide selection of goods, while a weekend ticket is also available for $25," Mr Worstencroft said.
The fair will be open from 10am-5pm on Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sunday. Entry is $10 for adults and $7 for concession - accompanied children are free.
Patrons will be able to have their own antique and collectible goods valued on Saturday and Sunday for $5 an item; the club will sell items on commission for patrons.
"This is the largest antiques and collectibles fair on the South Coast so don't miss this great opportunity to spoil yourself or to buy something for someone special - or perhaps even find out that some of your own bric-a-brac is worth a fortune," Mr Worstencroft said.
