THE Rotary Club of Minnamurra will be holding its seventh annual emergency services Expo at Black Beach Kiama on Saturday.
To be held from 9am to 3pm, the day has proved enormously successful in the past and co-ordinator David Ferne said there was something for everyone.
"Emergency services in attendance will include NSW Mounted Police, NSW Police, NSW Ambulance Service, NSW Ambulance, Pol Air 1 helicopter, NSW Fire and Rescue, State Emergency Service, Rural Fire Service, St John Ambulance, NSW Marine Rescue, Surf Life Saving clubs and other services," Mr Ferne said.
"The NSW Police Band will be playing and there will be various demonstrations throughout the day from all of the services, including water bombing by helicopter into Kiama harbour and fly-overs by the Bendigo Bank Aerial Patrol.
"The best part is that entry is free and we encourage everyone, especially families, to have a fun day out as well as seeing demonstrations and the equipment that makes our emergency services able to respond so quickly to any emergency."
There will be giveaways for the children, while the Smoking House and other hands-on activities will be a feature.
Bacon and egg rolls, steak and sausage sandwiches, cold drinks and espresso coffee will be on sale.
