In the event of a washout, Thursday, October 4 has been set aside as the back-up day.
To enter a team, contact organiser Andrew Adams on 4228 5355 or 0418 212 207, or e-mail email@example.com.
The event runs from from 10am-3pm.
Bookings are required before the event for the purposes of catering.
"We are really looking forward to the day and getting as many teams as we can, and it doesn't matter if they aren't from this area," Adams said.
"This is set to be a great event that gets youth out playing sports in teams, and interacting at a supervised event with numerous youth agencies and workers available to them on the day. At the end of the day we are hoping to have the kids play a game against the organisers and supporting agencies - and yes, they will be able to tackle a police officer if they are good enough."
