The very special event is an annual fund-raiser for the Johnny Warren Foundation and is held on or around John's birthday each year.
The classic is a four-person best ball ambrose event and was won by a team representing the reigning Illawarra Premier League champions, Dapto Dandaloo.
The winning team blitzed the rest of the field with a score of 59/50 to collect the Johnny Warren Golf Classic trophy, which will be proudly displayed in the bar of Dapto/Dandaloo's major sponsor, the Dandaloo Hotel.
The classic, as well as being a fund-raiser for the foundation, doubles as a Socceroos reunion.
Stan Ackerley, Adrian Alston, Ray Baartz, Ron Corry, John Doyle, Jim Fraser, Peter Fuzes, Billy Henderson, Tony Henderson, Pat Hughes, Ron Lord, Graham McMillan, Ray Richards, Doug Utjesenovic, Dennis Yaaeger, John Watkiss and Charlie Yankos were in attendance.
The foundation would like to sincerely thank all the golfers, event sponsors and the Warren family for their continued and invaluable support over the years.
This year's classic has raised more than $10,000 for the foundation.
It has cumulatively raised more than $100,000 since 2004.
