JONES Beach Boardriders held their second pointscore round last week at the southern end of Jones Beach in Kiama Downs.
The conditions - a four to six-foot swell from the SE, with SE winds - gave everybody the opportunity to showcase their boardriding skills, while chef Bartoli cooked up a supply of sausages and eggs.
Heat winners in the junior under-14 grade were Chae Conti and Blake Rogers.
Jay Longbottom, Matt Price, Jackson Jones, Wes Sandiford, Lachlan Kirk and Jye Findley won the heats in the junior under-18s.
The B-grade heats were won by Dave Freel, Scott Keatley and Thomas Nixon, while the heats in the A-grade were hotly contested.
Rhys Bombaci, Brett Connellan, Nick Clifford, Geoff Latimer and Steve McGregor came out on top.
As usual our youngest members (Junior Groms) were "frothing".
Fifteen of them took to the waves with parents in tow for safety.
They were hard to separate and all received equal placing in their heats.
