RUGBY League will return to Ron Costello Oval on Saturday, as the Shellharbour City Sharks host the strong Windsor Wolves in their first trial for the 2013 season.
Matches will start at 2.30pm with the Shellharbour under 18s playing the Windsor under-19 squad.
The following match will feature the Shellharbour first-grade squad tackling the Windsor Wolves Bundy Cup team at 4.30pm.
The NSW Cup will then return to the venue, with the Illawarra Cutters playing the Windsor Wolves at 6.30pm.
The game will be one of only two scheduled trials for the Sharks and coach Ryan Powell will use the hit-out to gauge his players and hopefully continue on the success the Sharks have had since entering the Illawarra Coal League.
Once again, the Sharks will be looking to their juniors to come through the grades after winning the under-18 premiership for the third time in four years.
The second trial will be the annual Jarrod Morgan Shield pre-season clash against Warilla, which will also be played at Ron Costello Oval.
The first round of the Illawarra Coal League is on April 5, with the Sharks away to Wests Illawarra.
