KIAMA Junior Soccer Club has two teams through their respective grand finals while the under 17s are preparing for a must-win clash on Saturday.

The under 11Bs were bundled out of the competition 1-nil, while Kiama's 10As and under 15s have progressed to their grand finals.

The past weekend was the final round of Roo Ball (under 6-9s) competition for 2008.

The under 11As defeated their nemesis Albion Park 3-nil to clinch a place in the grand final.

Kiama went into the match as underdogs, having lost to Albion Park twice in 2008.

However, Kiama came out with all guns blazing and scored in the fourth minute through Mitchell Nightingale.

Kiama kept the pressure up and Jordan Lee-Tory doubled his side's lead in the ninth minute.

Albion Park fought back in the second half but Kiama goalkeeper Jonte Towle could not be beaten.

Erik Ulfsson narrowly missed a goal after a great kick from outside the 18-yard box.

Jaiden Fullerton-Harvey kept marshalling the troops in defence along with Murray Corradini and Russell Elphick.

Mitchell Nightingale put the result when he added his second goal in the 20th minute of the second half.

Kiama play the grand final on Saturday at Morley Park, Warilla at 11:50am.

Meanwhile, Kiama Junior Soccer's surprise packets, the under 11Bs, had their storybook run cut short by a 1-nil loss against Unanderra.

Kiama were under the pump early, with the Unanderra side on the attack.

However, Kiama took control for periods of the match and the teams went to oranges locked at nil-all.

Fortune favoured Unanderra in the second half as they pushed deep into Kiama's half before a player latched on to a left-foot shot and put it in the bottom corner of the net.

Kiama didn't let their heads drop and were peppering the Unanderra goal before the referee blew full time.

Proud coach Don Robb said it was a great pleasure to coach a team that started with little expectations, yet grew to deliver to both themselves and their families.

Kiama sealed a spot in the under 15s grand final with a decisive 4-1 win over Bulli.

The Kiama side had the luxury of playing at home and played accordingly, dominating the first half.

Kiama's midfield of Dalton Sinclair, Lucas McPherson and Daniel Vukovic provided good delivery to the strikers.

Oliver Powell had arguably his best game of the season, with sideline runs and sweeping crosses.

Kiama drew first blood when Matt McAlpine calmly converted a penalty goal late in the first half.

They added another before halftime when McAlpine ran onto a clever through-ball from Oliver Powell and made no mistake with the ensuing chance.

McAlpine had a hand in Kiama's third goal when he was brought down by the Bulli goalkeeper.

Vaso Bubanja put away the ensuing penalty for 3-nil.

It looked as though Kiama's defence of Jack Thompson, Angus Bezzina, Jono Beazley and Damien McPherson would not be breached but Bulli won and scored a penalty of their own.

Kiama lifted the intensity, with Brittney Finch and Isaac Cahill stepping up. Jarrod Crocker made some late charges into the box to maintain the pressure on Bulli while goalkeeper Justin Meta had a great game.

Late in the match Bubanja blasted a free kick from just inside the Bulli half, which was flicked on by Dalton Sinclair to McAlpine, who completed his hat-trick and sealed the win.

Kiama meet Coledale in the grand final on Sunday at 8.30am at Warilla.
