GERRINGONG lady golfers held their annual Gold Medal play off on Thursday with the experienced Margaret Copley winning with a 73 nett. Leanne Weir was only one shot behind.
Each player who wins a monthly medal during the year earns the right to contest the annual Gold Medal. Margaret first won a Gold Medal back in 1989 and after a drought of 18 years has won the last two, 2006 and 2007.
