GERRINGONG Tennis Club had great success in the recently completed Kiama Tennis Association summer competitions.
In the mid week women's competition Gerringong's division 5 side won their grand final against Kiama and the Association's "?Most Outstanding Team Effort award.
The team - Donna Woods, Dianne Cahill, Rachel Camilleri, Trish Rosa, Michelle Quine and Pat Ross " scored a nailbiting 39 games to 37 win over Kiama in the grand final.
Gerringong's division 1 team - Kathy Wallace, Sue Roche, Annette Rudd, Rhonda Bailey and Helen Guinery - also won their grand final.
The Gerringong division 2 team - Joy Gabrielsen, Pam Davidson, Wendy McGarn, Colleen Fuz, Pat Ward and Rosalie Cronin " were named joint winners with Kiama.
Gerringong also won the division four premiership thanks to Susan Griffiths, Robina Agar, Tracey Davidson, Donna Robinson and Jackie Taylor.
Gerringong also won division five of the ladies night competition with a young combination. In addition, Gerringong won division two of the men's night competition.
