JOIN Ross and Jamie this week for all the latest from the World Cup as their journey continues.

We left Heidelberg for the three hour journey to Munich, where we stayed for two nights.

Munich was a wonderful city, we walked our legs off and met up with quite a few Aussie's although there were Brazilian supporters everywhere, which provided a great atmosphere.

Jamie and I then set out to the stadium early to avoid the crowds so we took the opportunity to visit the BMW Showrooms which is located right next to the stadium.

After a bite to eat and a cleansing ale we managed to catch the Japan v Croatia game which was being shown live on the big screen.

During the game, a Samba show came into the area where we were watching the game, complete with drums, singing and samba dancing girls.

Needless to say everybody stopped watching the game and cameras starting clicking madly as the show went on for about five minutes and then we carried on watching the game.

After the game we set off for the stadium which looked like a huge truck tyre from the distance.

The Aussie's performed exceptionally well matching the World Champs in all departments creating chances but unfortunately not hitting the back of the net.

At half-time, the Brazilian supporters were rather subdued, realising that they had world class opponents to contend with.

The Aussie support was tremendous once again, with the Brazilian supporters unable to drown us out.

The end result was not a true indication of the game as even when we were behind, the Socceroos still maintained their composure and worked hard to get a better result.

Congratulations to a great team who are ranked 42nd in the world doing battle with the World Champs. Now for Croatia.

The Australia v Brazil game for me took on special significance as Uncle John was very good friends of Brazils coach, Carlos Alberto Parreira.

Brazils assistant coach Mario Zagallo had invited me to play with his club in Brazil, Flamengo when I was a teenager.

Both coaches were in charge of Brazil when they won the World Cup in 1994.

I wanted to give Parreira a copy of the DVD?s of the SBS commissioned documentary on Johns life, Johnny Warren?s Football Mission, a DVD of John?s 60th birthday at Sydney Town Hall, a DVD of John?s State Funeral in Sydney and the World Cup Edition of Sheilas, Wogs and Poofters, uncle John?s best selling biography.

I decided to write a message to him in the front of the book , which read;Dear Carlos, In loving memory of your dear friend and my uncle, Johnny Warren.

I know John will be with us in spirit today as his two favourite nations play each other in the World Cup.

Good Luck and God Bless Jamie Warren, Munich, June 18th 2006.

The only problem was that I did not?t know how I was going to get the gifts to him.

I managed to find out where the Brazilian team was staying which I did and Dad and I went to the hotel.

I asked the person on reception if I could have something delivered to Carlos room and the guy at the counter said sure...Two security checks later and my gifts had been delivered, mission accomplished!

While we were at the hotel. we were lucky to meet famous Brazilian player, Gilmar, who played for Flamengo in the 1990?s.

He is now the player manager of Brazilian stars Adriano and Eduardo, both of whom played against Australia on Sunday. It was quite an experience!!!

I cant wait for the Croatia game. If Australia manages to win or even draw the game, they will progress to the second round where they will line up against either European heavyweights Italy or the Skill, speed and strength of Ghana.

I will certainly be cheering for Australia along with the mass of Aussie supporters at Stuttgart in three days time.
